The Fluid Resume of Crude Oil with PPD at Low Temperature after High Sheared

  • 摘要: 通过分析现场和室内试验结果, 研究了不同条件下高速剪切后加剂原油低温流动性的恢复问题。研究表明, 加剂原油低温流动性的恢复与原油的组成和高速剪切后的温度条件有关。有的加剂原油高速剪切后恶化了的流动性可以恢复, 有的不能恢复, 还有的原油根本就不受影响。加剂原油的恢复性与温度有关, 在高温下剪切后流动性可以恢复的原油在低温下不一定能恢复。

     

    Abstract: Through analyzing local and laboratory test results, this paper indicates that the fluid resume of crude oil with PPD is related to crude constitutes and temperature after high sheared: ①After high sheared, some crude oil fluidity destroyed can resume; some can not be destroyed; some can not resume; ②The fluid resume of crude oil with PPD is related to temperature, the fluidity destroyed by high sheared can resume at high temperature, but can not resume at low temperature.
