Countermeasures against the Self-ignitron of Cover Gasoline Tank

  • 摘要: 分析了焦化汽油罐自燃的原因和过程, 叙述了有关自然现象的一般理论, 提出了防止焦化汽油罐自燃的方法: ①在浮盘上方充氮气, 以降低氧气含量, ②热喷涂锌铝覆盖层以避免罐体与氧气和H2S发生反应, 阻止焦化汽油罐自燃。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes the reason and course of self-ignition of coker gasoline tank, describes the general theory of self-ignition phenominon, puts forward the countermeasures against the self-ignition of gasoline tank, including filling hydrogen upwards the space oi pontoon roof to decrease the oxygen content, and adopting thermal spray zinc-aluminum coating to prevent the tank body from reacting with oxygen and H2S to protect the coker gasoline tank from self-ignition.
