An Improved Pipe Elbow Element

  • 摘要: 在对弯管进行弹塑性有限元分析时, 经常使用弯管单元, 但该单元存在两点不足, 首先没有考虑由于热载荷或内压所产生的均匀膨胀以及由于一般的载荷条件所产生的不对称变形; 其次没有考虑内压的可恢复影响因素。为此对该弯管单元进行了改进, 改进后的弯管单元可克服上述缺陷。

     

    Abstract: When performing elastic-plastic finite element analysis of pipe elbow, people often use elbow. The elbow element has two disadvantages, firstly, it does not represent the uniform extension due to the thermal loading or internal pressure and non-sysmetrical deformation due to general loading condition; secondly, it does not represent the effect of restriction of internal pressure. The paper improves the element. The improved elbow element may overcome the above disadvantages.
