多组分混合原油常温输送技术

Study on the Ordinary Temperature Transportation Process of Multi-Blended Crude

  • 摘要: 对多种配比、组分油物性差异较大的多组分混合原油常温输送的工艺进行了研究。根据混合油物性、组分油物性与配比的相关规律以及常温输送对原油物性的要求, 绘制了等值线图, 给出了常温混合输送配比域。为保证计算的启动泵压小于允许泵压, 对物性最差混合油的启动泵压进行了校验。

     

    Abstract: The study on transporting multi-blended crude with multi-formula and properties at the ordinary temperature has been made. The isoline, based on the properties of mixed oil, the correspondent law of blended crude's property and formula, and the transportation requirements to crude oil's property at the ordinary temperature, has been drawn up, and the formula scope for the ordinary temperature transportation has been presented. To ensure the calculated start-up pressure less than the allowable pumping pressure, the start-up pressure for the blended crude with the poorest property has been checked up.
