  • 摘要: 分析了边缘板腐蚀产生的原因及危害, 介绍了以牺牲部分罐壁板来更换受腐蚀边缘板的新方法。提出更换范围的确定原则, 制定了安全可靠、工艺简单的技术处理方案及更换施工程序。

     

    Abstract: The paper analyzes the corrosion reason of tank's annular plates, and presents a new technique of replacing the corroded annular plates with partial shell plate. In the paper, a safe and simple replacement program is put forward.
