Crude Tight Line Treatment Technique Used in the Central Oil and Gas Treating Station

  • 摘要: 介绍了文留油田联合站无泵无罐原油密闭处理的集输工艺。该工艺充分利用油井提供的能量, 从井口至计量站再到联合站直至原油稳定塔, 既不要加热, 也不用任何设备增压, 且不经过任何常压容器, 油气自始至终在管道和压力容器中连续流动和接受处理, 集输损耗降至零, 热力消耗和动力消耗降低。联合站无泵无罐原油密闭处理工艺技术, 既降低了原油处理成本, 又彻底解决了开式工艺流程中存在的问题。

     

    Abstract: The gathering process of tight line treatment for crude without heating and/or pumping adopted in central oil and gas treating station located at Wenliu oilfield is introduced. This process, with gathering loss free, is that the oil or gas driven by well pressure is flowing continueous-ly within pipeline and pressure vessel without heating and pumping from wellhead to stabilizer, and from this point onwards, the thermal consumption and power consumption can be reduced, which either cuts down the treatment costs of oil or eliminates the problems existed in the opened process.
