Technique Study on Hot-Spraying and Fast Curing Coatings and Its Application

  • 摘要: 研制了热喷作业的无溶剂双组分快固涂料, 给出了石油沥青聚氨酯、石油沥青环氧树酯、煤焦油聚氨酯的技术指标, 并对这三种材料的生产成本进行了经济性比较。热喷快固防腐涂料较其它防腐涂料性能优越, 主要应用于管道大修、油罐内外防护及大口径管道内防腐等。

     

    Abstract: A solvent free bicomponent fast-curing coating material has been developed. The technical specifications on the asphalt polyurethane, asphalt polyurethane resin, and coal-tar polyurethane have been presented, and the economical comparision on the running cost of the materials the mentioned above has been made. The hot-spraying and fast curing coating materials are advanced than others in the anti-corrosive performance, and suitable to renovate the corroded pipeline, and can protect internal/external oil tanks as well as internal large-diameter pipeline.
