魏荆输油管道当量管径分析

Analysis on the Equivalent Diameter of Weigang-Jingmen Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 魏荆输油管道由于采用了加剂低温输送, 致使管道管壁结蜡严重, 当量管径交小。通过对1992~1998年魏荆输油管道的实际运行工况参数的分析, 认为管径的变化有一定的规律, 指出适当的反输可延长机械清管周期。分析了当量管径缩小的利弊, 为管道的最佳运行提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Weigang-Jingmen oil pipeline, with pour depressant added and transportation at lower temperature, arose wax deposit, which reduced the equivalent diameter. By analyzing the operating parameters obtained from Weigang-Jingmen oil pipeline during 1992~1998, the reduction law of pipe diameter has been found out. The paper analyzes the pros and cons of the reduction of pipe diameter, and points out that the proper reverse pumping can in effect elongate the pigging period.
