Improving and Increasing the Operational Reliability for Electro-hydraulic Regulating Valve

  • 摘要: 新试制的ZDYZ 22/80电液执行机构, 选用了国外先进的基础器件, 液压系统增加了失电保护措施, 实现了伺服放大器与执行器的一体化。采用该电液执行机构改造ZDYZ—100电液伺服调节球阀, 提高了可靠性和工作性能, 为新老输油管道实现密闭输油所需的出站调节阀提供了一种可选择的国产化产品。

     

    Abstract: The ZDYZ 22/80 electro-hydraulic actuator, newly trial-manufactured with some foreign accessories as well as with the power fail interrupt protection function for the hydraulic pressure system, realizes the integration of servo-amplifier and actuator. The ZDYR--100 electro-hydraulic regulating valve modified with the actuator increases reliability and operating properties, which is selectable domestic equipment to be used in old/new pipeline with the tight line process.
