Field Test on BEM--6N Oil Flow Improver in Weigang——Jingmen Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了魏荆线应用BEM-6N原油流动性改进剂的工业性试验情况, 探讨了剪切对加剂原油改性效果影响的原因。现场试验表明, BEM-6N流动性改进剂对魏荆线原油具有较好的降凝降粘效果, 加剂后可降低管道的运行温度, 并相应取得一定的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the commercial test of BEM-6N oil flow improver in Weigang-- Jingmen oil pipeline, discusses the reason of influence of shear on the modified effectiveness of crude oil improver. The test results show that the BEM-6N oil flow improver is effective in reducing the oil's viscosity and pour point, and as a result, the operating temperature of the line can be reduced.
