Stability Assessment of Pipeline with Axial Cracks Subjeted to Internal Pressure

  • 摘要: 通过J积分的弹塑性解, 计算了含轴向裂纹管道在内压作用下的撕裂模量, 叙述了撕裂模量相对于J积分的裂纹扩展稳定性评定图的绘制方法, 并结合实例, 分析了受压管道轴向裂纹稳定扩展的载荷范围, 预测了裂纹失稳扩展时的临界压力。

     

    Abstract: Stability assessment method for pipeline with axial cracks subjected to internal pressure is stated in this paper through calculating elastic-plastic J integral and tearing modulus. Meanwhile, critical pressure is anticipated in unstable crack propagation.
