Abstract: The paper briefly introduces the primary transportation facilities and technological processfor Kelamayi--Wulumuqi oil product pipeline, discribes in detail the scenario of diesel starting-up, including the starting-up preparation, diesel starting-up, oil-water mixture treatment, contaminated product treatment, dispacing diesel with gasoline, and poses and analyzes some technological problems.
