Gas-to-Liquids Technology and Its Developing Prospects

  • 摘要: 综述了国外天然气转变液体燃料(GTL)技术的发展概况, 指出此项技术的关键工艺是合成气生产、反应器设计和催化剂开发, 详细介绍了GTL技术的应用情况。经济对比结果表明, 天然气转变液体燃料技术的投资低于液化天然气的投资, 作为一种天然气输送和利用的新途径, 这项技术有着广阔的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The paper reviews the development of gas-to-liquids technology in the world, and points out that the key technology of gas-to-liquids is the synthetic gas production, F-T reactor design, and catalyst development. The trend in the three aspects and the prospects of gas-to-liquids technology are respectively described and forcasted. The results on economical comparison show that the investment of GTL is lower than that of LNG, and GTL technology is provided with a bright application prospects as a new way to transport and apply natural gas.
