Abstract: A method that uses cooling air to unload oil product is introduced in this paper. The operating process is that the air is pumped into a pipe line by a blower, then precooled with water and transmitted into a ice-tube to form cooling air, finally the cooling air blown in the space of tank car to cool oil product. This method is simple, safe, cost-effective, and low air-lock.
