Analysis and Control of Preheating Temperature for Fuel Oil of Heat Medium Heater

  • 摘要: 对热媒炉燃料油预热温度的控制是热媒炉提高炉效、稳定运行的关键, 也是节能降耗的有效途径。以东营至黄岛输油管道中东营、寿光、昌邑这三个泵站采用的CE-NATCO热媒炉为例, 分析和计算了采用胜利原油和青岛渣油作为热媒炉燃料时应当控制的温度范围, 并根据实际运行的经验, 对原燃料油系统进行了改进。

     

    Abstract: Controlling the preheating temperature for fuel oil of heat Medium heater is a key to increase the efficiency and stable operation of heater, also a way to save energy and reduce loss. Taking CE-NATCO heat medium heaters used in Dongying, Shouguang, and Changyi pump stations of Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline as an example, the paper analyzes and calculates the required temperature range of Shengli crude oil and Qingdao residual oil as the fuel of heaters.
