A Technique of Heat Conducting Oil Regeneration and Heat Medium Heater Flushing

摘要: 介绍了一种导热油再生与热媒炉洗炉专利技术。将导热油再生与热媒炉洗炉穿插进行。利用移动式装置在生产现场将废导热油蒸馏, 除去变质产物, 输入生产系统洗炉, 洗炉后的油再次蒸馏并降低酸值, 输入生产系统即可。工艺和设备简单, 洗炉加导热油再生可在一周内完成。不需额外投资, 只要用1~2台热媒炉洗炉与换油费即可购置设备, 10~20天完成换油, 收回成本, 还可获利。由于不另需洗炉剂, 大大降低了成本。经350~370℃高温裂解对比试验、300℃较长时间高温老化对比试验、抗氧化性对比试验, 并历时一年半在导热油最高许用温度300℃下模拟实际操作工况热运行实验, 其结果证明再生导热油的质量可超过新油。Abstract: A kind of patent technique of heat conducting oil regeneration and heat medium heater flushing are recommended. Their characters are making the regeneration of heat conducting oil and flushing of heat medium heater alternatively. The abandoned heat conducting oil is distilled at the production field by a travelling device, separated the deteriorated component from the oil, then is carried out into the production system to rinse the heater. The oil flushed heater is distilled again and depressed acid value, then enters into the production system. The technique and device are simple. Flusing a heat medium heater and regenerating the heat conducting oil can be completed in a week. The final cost is greatly depressed than any technique because there is no cleaning agent. It is concluded that the quality of regenerated heat conducting oil is better than the new oil after the high temperature cracking contrast test at 350-370 ℃, the aging test at 300℃, the oxidized test, and after the experiment imitating the operating state at the highest permit temperature (300 ℃) for one and half years.
