储罐内底板腐蚀原因分析

  • 摘要: 概述了坑道式油库储罐的腐蚀情况, 油罐内底板腐蚀的原因主要是罐底部存水, 使罐内底板的导静电防腐层失效、脱落。分析了防腐层完全脱落区域钢板的腐蚀机理, 及防腐层未完全脱落部分坑点的腐蚀机理, 并在此基础上提出采用外加电流阴极保护法保护罐底板、改造油罐脱水设施结构、在存水中加注缓蚀剂等建议。

     

    Abstract: The paper summarizes and analyzes the corrosion of oil tanks located in cave. The results show that the major corrosion cause is the water existed in the bottom plate of tank, whhich makes the conductive coating of bottom plate failed and fallen. The coating corrosion mechanism for the overall/partial fallen coatings of bottom plates is analyzed. It suggestes that the impressed current CP be used to protect the bottom plates, the dehydrator be reformed, and the corrosion inhibitor be added to the water.
