储油罐呼吸阀的概念设计

The Concept Design of Tank's Breather Valve

  • 摘要: 指出了对呼吸阀设计概念认识问题, 探讨了呼吸阀的控制要求、主要设计依据、开启特性及功能延伸等设计概念, 提出呼吸阀设计应真正从保证油罐安全密闭储油出发, 以油罐呼吸可能产生的最大气体流量为依据, 改善呼吸阀的开启特性, 使呼吸阀具有在线检测等功能, 以此建立呼吸阀设计新思路。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the concept design of tank's breather valve is posed, and the design concept on control object, primary design considerations, on/off behavior and function extension of breather valve are discussed. It is pointed out that the design of breather valve should really start from the vapor tight operation of tank and be based on the maximum air flowrate producing from the breathing of tank, improve the on/off behavior of breathing valve, and has a in-line monitoring function, which is a new design train of thought of tank's breather valve.
