天然气压力储罐低温低应力工况分析

Analysis on the Low-temperature and Low-stress Conditions for Pressurized Tank of Natural Gas

  • 摘要: 分析了寒冷地区的低温环境对天然气压力球罐性能的影响。结果表明, 球罐在低温工况下, 其材料将由延性状态向脆性状态转变, 若工作压力超过特定值, 将会产生低温脆性破坏。设计温度和压力的正确选择将对压力容器的造价和安全运行产生积极影响。以2000m3天然气压力球罐为例, 对如何选择球罐的设计温度和低温低应力工况的控制方法进行了介绍。

     

    Abstract: An analysis is made on the influence of low temperature environment on the property of natural gas spherical tank used in the frigid region. The results show that the ductile status of steel material for spherical tank will transit to brittle status at low temperature condition, and if the operating pressure goes beyond the specified limitation, the low-temperature brittle fracture will happen. So, selecting a proper design temperature and pressure will be beneficial to the cost of pressure vessel and its safe operation. Taking a 2000 m3 natural gas spherical tank as an example, the paper introduces how to select the design temperature of spherical tank and the control method for low-temperature and low-stress conditions.
