Abstract: In the light of frequent oil loading/unloading operation in tableland tank farm, and environment factors like low atmospheric pressure, high wind, and changeful daily temperature that makes the product loss deteriorated, the paper sets forth some countermeasures against the product loss, including adopting new technology and equipment, strengthening daily management regular maintaining storage facilities, and determining the optimal operating scenario and product loading/unloading plan to reduce product loss during the oil loading, storage, and unloading for the highland tank farm.
