How to Select Automatic Metering Device of Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 油罐自动化计量方法可分为静压法、液位计法和混合法。通过对这三种方法的测量功能分析得出, 静压法适合于静态监控和发油监控, 只能满足油罐油品自动化计量管理的一般要求; 液位计法适合于单一的静态监控; 混合法弥补了前两种方法的不足, 不仅可以测量油位和水位, 对进出油品进行跟踪监控, 而且减少了运算环节, 增加了系统的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: There are roughly three automatic metering methods for oil tank, that is static pressure type, liquid level type, and mixing type. Through analyzing the functions of the three methods, it is concluded that the static pressure method is suitable for static supervision and oil unloading supervision, which only meets the ordinary demands of automatic management of metering; liquid level method is suitable for the individual static supervision; while mixing method makes up for the defects of the former methods, which is not only able to meter oil and water level as well as to track and supervise the loading and unloading of oil, but also decreases the computation and increases the reliability of the metering system.
