Performance Evaluation on the Line Pipe of Oil and Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 评价了1952~1981年外径为609~1054mm, 壁厚为7.9~11.0mm的X52、X65、X70型钢管的性能, 并做了拉伸试验和断裂试验, 列出了试验结果。结果表明低碳微合金控轧钢具有更高的韧性。指出管道钢管具有明显的各向异性, 试样冷展平将使屈服强度降低, J积分与CVN平台能有线性对应关系。

     

    Abstract: By the performance assessement of line pipes produced during 1950s~1980s, the paper describes the growing process of line pipes fabricated with X52, X65, and X70 steel materials, including the change of steel materials from semi-killed C-Mn to low carbone alloyed steel, and application of control rolling and accelerated cooling. Some tests on elongation and fracture of steel materials have been made, and test results have been given. The test results show that the low carbone alloye steel has higher toughness, the line pipes have obvious anisotropism, the yield strenghth of steel sample will reduce after cooling leveling, and there is a linear relationship between J integral and CVN.
