Abstract: It is inevitable that oil product batch transportation causes contamination. So the technical key of batch transportation is to ensure the quality of products and reduce contamination. To choose reasonable transportation plan is the primary method of reducing contamination. It is the effective method of choosing reasonable transportation plan to sumulate and analyze the different transportation plans with computer. The article analyzes the changing process of hydraulic characteristics, establishes the mathematical model of hydraulic analysis and developes the common process simulation software for batch transportation. Besides, the article illustrates the practical use with detailed cases.
