Reason Analysis on Top Sag of Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 以青岛石油化工厂507号油罐罐顶凹陷事故为例, 指出了油罐负压超限是导致罐顶凹陷的主要原因。列举了引起油罐负压超限的各种因素, 即波纹阻火器的堵塞、呼吸量与进出油量不匹配、油罐附件安装前未做好拆检工作及未按设计要求使用油罐。建议重质油罐不选择波纹型阻火器, 在油罐的使用中应严格执行相应的技术规范。

     

    Abstract: Taking the top sag of oil tank as an example, the author considers the overrated negative pressure to be the major reason of tank top sag. Some elements that plugging of fire-arrester, unmatchable rated breathing vs oil loading/unloading and so on result in the sag of tank top. It is suggested that the corrugated-type fire-arrester should not be selected for the heavy crude oil tank.
