All-position Automatic Welding Technique for Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了管道全位置自动焊接装置的组成和结构, 分析了常用于管道焊接的自动焊接工艺和气体保护工艺的特点及存在的问题, 提出了对焊过程中焊接小车的行走速度、送丝速度及焊枪左右振动频率的控制方法。

     

    Abstract: The component and structure of all-poisition automatic welding machine for pipeline are introduced. The paper analyzes the features of automatic welding process and gas metal arc welding process commonly used in pipeline project and the problems existed in them. The control methods about welding speed of the walk mechanism, feed speed, and motion frequency in double-direction of welding torch are given.
