Some New Practices in the Design of Korla—Shanshan Pipeline Route Engineering

  • 摘要: 论述了库鄯输油管道线路设计中引入的国际上管道设计的新思想和先进作法。从选线、管材的选用、防腐层的确定、山地洪水冲刷严重地段管道的防护设计、截断阀的设置、管道试压及施工方法等方面介绍了库鄯输油管道线路设计原则。

     

    Abstract: Korla—Shanshan pipeline is the first pipeline project that overall adopts international standards or codes in its construction in China's oil pipelines. The international new concept and methods on pipeline's design introduced to this pipeline is described. The design principle of this pipeline on the route finalization and/or line pipes, selection of coatings, hydrotechnological protection design for the pipeline located at rocky terrains, installation of block valves, and pressure test as well as construction is introduced, which brings forth new ideas for the pipeline projects completed in China.
