  • 摘要: 在长输管道中, 管内气相的存在给管道工况分析和控制增加了困难, 而且也是引起事故的原因。在建立负压汽化管段数学模型的基础上, 对管道在负压汽化后压力波动时的汽化量、其随压力变化的规律、气体吸收、气泡消失等问题进行了试验和理论探讨。模拟结果分析表明, 数学模型和解决问题的方法较之于集中空穴模型(液柱分离)更符合原油管道负压汽化时所产生的压力流量波动。将平衡汽化曲线用于描述管道的负压汽化过程。

     

    Abstract: The gasification at the negative pressure is an important unsteady flow phenomenon in the pipeline. As there is gas phase in the pipeline, it is more difficult to analyze the operation situation and control the pipeline. Based on the mathematical model established gasification at the negative pressure for the section of the pipeline, the authors have done some tests and theoretical studies in the aspect of the volume of gasification, its law of the change, gas absorption, gas bubble vanishing and so on, when pressure transient in the pipeline after the gasification at the negative pressure. Simulation calculation shows that the mathematical model and the method conform to the situation of the pressure and flow fluctuate as the gasification at the negative pressure better than the concentrated void model. It is the first time that the balance gasification curve is used in describing the gasification process at the negative pressure.
