Modeling and Simulating in the Operation Process of Double-Directional & Self-sealing Fast Coupler

  • 摘要: 双向自封快速接头基于实际操作的工作行为可离散为四个过程, 即对接过程、开门过程、关门过程和拆分过程。为确定各过程中的操作力矩, 建立了各过程的动力学模型, 并进行了数字仿真。结果表明, 双向自封快速接头具有操作力矩小、速度快、效率高的特点, 非常适合于快速连接作业。

     

    Abstract: Based on the operation actions of double-directional & self-sealing in actual use, four processes, namely connection, open-door, close-door, and seperation have been differentiated in this article. In order to calculate the operational force or operational moment of force, four kinetics models have been established respectively, and digital simulation has also been completed. The result shows that the self-sealing coupler has some features, such as low operational force, fast operational speed, and high operational efficiency.
