Technology Comparisons between the Korla—Shanshan Oil Pipeline and Foreign Pipelines

  • 摘要: 库鄯(库尔勒至鄯善)输油管道采用一系列国际标准进行工程设计, 实现了高压力、大站距输送和常温密闭输油, 解决了输送中的大落差问题, 达到了全线的启停高度自动化, 在劳动生产率、能耗、防腐质量、设备选用和通信水平等方面已经达到或超过了一些世界著名管道的水平。介绍了该条管道的技术特点并将其与国外同类输油管道进行了技术比较。

     

    Abstract: Because some international standards or codes, such as ANSI, API, ASME, and B. S. and so on, are adopted in the design for Korla—Shanshan oil pipeline, the oil transportation at high pressure and long station spacing, and tight-line pumping at ambiant temperature, as well as in differential height region has been realized. The automation of the whole line (start/shut down) has also been achieved by the computers located in control centre. Some indexes, for instance, the productivity of labour, energy consumption, corrosion control, selection of equipments, and telecommunication nearly override some foreign pipelines. Some characteristics in technology of the pipeline and its comparison to foreign pipelines are introduced.
