轻石脑油降温降压储存设施的选择及比较

The Selection of Light Naphtha Storage Facilities and Its Techno-economical Comparison

  • 摘要: 介绍了轻石脑油降温降压立式储罐的罐型及制冷设备的选型, 并与球罐储存进行了经济技术比较, 认为轻石脑油降温降压的立式储罐储存方式优于球罐的常温低压储存方式。通过对氨制冷压缩机、氟利昂制冷的螺杆式冷水机组和溴化锂制冷机组在性能、价格及环保等方面的对比, 建议降温降压储存制冷设施选用溴化锂冷水机组。

     

    Abstract: Two 10 000 m3 vertical tanks for light naphtha will be constructed in Suanshan of Zhejiang Province. The selection of tank and its cooling system have been made. Through comparison to the storage way of spherical tank on techno-economical index, it is considered that the storage way of vertical tank for light naphtha at lowered temperature and pressure is better than the spherical tank of that at ambiant temperature at low pressure. Meanwhile, by comparing the ammonia cooling compressor and freon cooling compressor unit to the lithium bromide cooling compressor unit on the characteristics, price and environment protection, it is suggested that the lithium bromide cooling compressor unit should be used for the lowered temperature and pressure facilities.
