Evaluation of Pipeline Coating Quality by In-Site Measured Characteristics of Cathodic Protection

  • 摘要: 讨论了管道阴极保护电位分布模型及可靠性问题, 提出了一种由阴极保护现场测量数据来评价管道覆盖层质量的方法, 提出了覆盖层空隙系数概念并用来代替表观电阻, 用前者指标可以更直接反映覆盖层自身状况的变化, 并用胜利油田海三站一桩西联管道覆盖层进行现场评估验证。该方法比常规方法方便可行, 结合阴极保护的日常管理, 建立覆盖层动态变化模型, 具有很大的实用意义和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The protection electrical potential distribution model of pipeline in cathodic protection and its reliability were discussed in this paper. Pipeline coating quality was evaliuated by in-site measured characteristics of cathodic protection. A new conception of coating interspace interspace coefficient was put forward which could express change of coating quality more clearly than "apparent electrical resistance". The method was applied to evaluate coating quality of pipeline from Haisan to Zhuangxilian station in Shengli oilfield which was verified to be correct and applied. It is important for external anti-corrosion of pipeline that coating e-valuation technology brought forward in the paper is combined with daily run of cathodic protection to apply.
