  • 摘要: 在拟定油田的总体开发方案时, 必须把产品的运销方案及其对售价和售量的影响作为一个重要环节考虑, 要明确一系列技术经济界限, 不同运距情况下的经济输量范围就是其中之一。在用最优化方法确定不同管径的经济输量范围的基础上, 建议按照运费占油价的百分比来确定相应的不同输量的最远运距。给出了数学模型, 介绍了国外管道的运费情况, 以及按目前国内热输管道的运价, 当运费占油价的15%和20%时不同输量的最远运距。

     

    Abstract: In working out the overall development plan of an oilfield, the scenario of transportation and marketing and effect on oil price and sales must be taken into consideration seriously. Some limitations of technical economics must be clarified. The economical throughput range for various distances of pipelining is one of such limitations. This paper suggests that on the basis of optimized economical throughput range for diffe-fent diameters of pipeline)the maximum pipelining distance at various throughputs be determined according to the ratio of pipelining cost to oil price. A mathematical model for this purpose is developed. Based on current freight rate of hot-oil pipelines, the maximum pipelining distances at various throughputs are presented for the pipelining cost that makes up 15% and 20%, respectively, of the oil price. Pipelining cost of some foreign pipelines is also introduced.
