库鄯管道输油主泵能耗分析

Analysis on the Energy Consumption of Pump for Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 库尔勒泵站是为库鄯管道提供输油压力的唯一泵站, 主泵耗电量占全线耗电量的75%以上, 针对主泵的不同运行工况, 分析了其耗能情况。指出该站的输油单耗与输油主泵的转速及排量密切相关, 在满足工艺参数及排量要求的情况下, 主泵进行低转速运行较为经济。

     

    Abstract: Korla pumping station is the unique station to supply the driving force for Korla--Shanshan oil pipeline. The consumption of electric energy of the main pump acounts for more than 75% of total consumption of the pipeline. The paper analyzes the energy consumption of the main pump in the light of different operation conditions. The paper points out that it is more economical to operate the pump under lower rotational speed in the condition of meeting the needs of operating parameter and pumping rate.
