Engineering Design for Kelamayi--Wulumuqi Oil Product Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了克—乌成品油管道工程的概况、输油工艺设计、主要工艺设计计算方法、主要设备与阀件的选型、线路工程情况及整个管道的自动化系统。在对国内外同类管道进行调研的基础上, 吸取了一些成功的经验, 设计中采用的密闭顺序输送流程、各项新技术和新设备在运行实践中都得到了验证, 各项指标都达到或超过了设计要求, 取得了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: The article systemetically introduces the general condition of Kelamayi--Wulumuqi oil product pipeline, including transportation process design, basic design method for process calculation, selection of key equipments and valves and pipe fittings, pipeline route engineering, and automatic system. Based on the investigation of same kinds of pipelines at home and abroad, some practical design methods have been adopted. The actual operation of the pipeline shows that the various design indexes meet the needs of the oil product pipeline.
