Study on Orientation of Combustion Hot Spot for Fired Cylindrical Furnace

  • 摘要: 给出了一种能直接预测受火加热炉燃烧区过热点位置的方法, 利用此方法能求出最高管壁金属温度, 或者安装表皮热电偶和使用红外热成像仪来测得燃烧区内最高管壁金属温度的大小, 以校核炉管管材和壁厚的选择是否正确。

     

    Abstract: The paper puts forward a method that directly predicts the position of the combustion hot spot for fired furnace cylindrical furnaces, which contributes to determination of the maximum wall temperature of heated tubes. Comparing to other methods, such as district, the method is characteristic of simplicity and convenience.
