Discussion on the Delivery Capacity of Fushun--Yingkou Oil Product Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了南输成品油管道的实际情况, 针对管道的最大输送能力及最佳经济输量问题进行了分析讨论。指出南输成品油管道的最佳经济输量应为240×104~280×104t/a, 在输量小于200×104t/a的情况下, 停运中间泵站是非常合理的运行方案, 停运中间泵站后, 在每年350天均衡输油的前提下, 该管道的最大输送能力为350m3/h。最后对该管道的管输设备及工艺方面存在的问题提出了具体改进意见。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the actual operating circumstance of Fushun--Yingkou oil product pipeline, and analyzes and discusses the maximum delivery capacity and optimally economic throughput of this pipeline. It is pointed out that the optimally economic throughput of the pipeline should be 240×104-280×104 t/a. If the throughput is less than 200×104 t/a, the absolutely reasonable program is to shut down the intermediate pumping station. With this way, the maximum delivery capacity of this pipeline is at 350 m3/h provided that there is 365-working-day in every year. Some suggestions to modify the transportation process and equipments have been given in the paper.
