Evaluation on the Operation and Management Technologies in Korla--Shanshan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对库鄯输油管道工程, 从输送工艺、自动化系统、电气系统、消防及热力系统诸方面进行了技术评价。该管道在设计上采用了常温密闭输送工艺, 按照国际上通行的管道建设标准, 全线采用了计算机监控和数据采集系统(SCADA), 使其具备高度自动化。在首站设置分控中心, 进行统一调度管理, 中间泵站无人值守。经过一年多的生产运行实践, 站库各系统实现了设计功能。

     

    Abstract: The technological evaluation has been made on the transportation process, automation system, electrical system, fire control and heating systems for the Korla--Shanshan oil pipeline engineering. Because some technologies and construction standards in the design, such as tight-line pumping process at ambiant temperature, international standards of pipeline construction, as well as SCADA system, were adopted in the construction of pipeline, the pipeline has proved to be safe in the operation. The dispatch and management for the whole pipeline is by means of the sub-control center located in the original pumping station, and the intermediate pumping sta.tions are designed to be unattended. The actual operating circumstance of the pipeline shows that the functions of all systems for the stations and tanks meet the needs of the design.
