Desulfurization Technology for the Orimulsion

  • 摘要: 奥里乳化油含有约2.85%的硫, 燃烧时生成的大量SO2如果排入大气, 将对环境造成严重的污染。寻找合适的脱硫方法是奥里乳化油能否推广应用的先决条件。分析对比了奥里乳化油的烟气, 指出其烟气脱硫与重油、煤相比不具有特殊性。在考察了国内现有脱硫方法的基础上, 推荐了几种可考虑使用的奥里乳化油脱硫方法, 介绍了其原理、工艺和投资情况。

     

    Abstract: The Orimulsion developed by Venezuela's BITTOR contains 2.8% sulphur, and the SO2 will contami-nate the atmosphere when it is burning and discharging. Therefor, the precondition of resolution of pollution problem is to find a suitable method in desulfurization in order to widely use the Orimulsion. The article analyzes the flue gas of the Orimulsion, and points out that the desulfurization method is no difference with heavy oil and coal. On the basis of domestic investigations, the author recommends several technological methods of desulfurization, and introduces the principle, process and investment of the Orimulsion desulfurizationn.
