油库杂散电流的防护

Countermeasures against Stray Current in Oil Storage

  • 摘要: 油库由于电气化铁路、输油管道采用阴极保护,从而产生杂散电流,在油库设备设施上产生电位差,当进行卸油作业、检修管道时易产生火花,引燃混合气,发生火灾爆炸事故,因此,对油库容易出现杂散电流的场地和有易燃混合气存在的地方采取了以下防护措施:(1)对油库进行分区治理、绝缘隔离;(2)对电气化铁路在进库前采用绝缘轨缝、安装回流开关控制系统以保证取送油罐车时的正常作业;(3)在油库铁路专用线的钢轨、鹤管、输油管道、钢栈桥及油罐车上进行等电位连接并接地;(4)在输油管道的始末端或杂散电流可能流入的管段设置绝缘法兰;(5)在输油管道的隔离处或交叉处装设跨接导线。

     

    Abstract: Both the electrification railway and pipeline located in the oil storage's area use CP system, the stray current and/or potential difference will produce in the devices and facilities in the oil storage. The potential difference will cause sparkover, fire gas mixture and result in accident while unloading oil or repairing pipeline. Therefor, countermeasures against the stray current should be taken in the places where both stray current and gas mixture likely exists; (1) zoning and insulating control for the oil storage's area; (2) insulating the rail gap and installing switch system; (3) connecting equipotentially and grounding the rail, gooseneck, pipeline, jetty and tank truck; (4) installing the insulating flanges at both ends of pipeline or segment where the stray current possibly produces; (5) adopting the bridge circuit to the separation and crossing of pipeline.
