The Dynamic Characteristics of Shuttle-type Rupturing Protection Valve of Pipeline

  • 摘要: 梭式管道爆破保护装置是一种自力式全自动保护装置,当管道泄漏达到设定的保护值时,可迅速截断输送制止泄漏。为防止水击采用减缓关闭时间,拉长关闭行程和向外泄压等措施。推出一种无冲击梭式管道爆破保护装置,并对该装置的动态特性进行了试验研究,测量出水击压力瞬态冲击波形、峰值大小和波动持续时间等动态特性,并对试验结果进行了分析,确定出最佳方案,使管道运行更加安全可靠。

     

    Abstract: The shuttle-type rupturing protection valve of pipeline is an automatic self-acting device, which can fast shut down the pipeline to prevent it from leaking so soon as the leaking flow reaches the set value of protection. To protect water hammer, the technologies of enlarging slow-closing time, prolongating closing distance of run and pressure relieving are adopted in this device. The experimental study on the dynamic characteristics of the device has been made, and some results, such as transient shock wave pattern of surge pressure, size of peak value and duration of fluctuation, have been obtained. The analysis results show that the optimal setting protective value should be over 30%. Only with this value can pipeline operate safely.
