油库轻油灌装系统设计应注意的问题

Problems ought to be cared in the design of light oil filling system inside oil depot

  • 摘要: 油库内公路轻油灌装系统包括油罐车灌装和油桶灌装, 其灌装方法有泵送和自流。针对泵送灌装中所涉及到的油泵的必需汽蚀余量(Δh)与装置汽蚀余量(Δhα)的关系问题、自流灌装中的油品的泄压保护问题, 指出了应分别采取各设油泵、增设回流管道等措施, 在选择流量计时, 必须保证油品流经流量计的正常流量值在流量计取值范围的中心或偏下区域。

     

    Abstract: Light oil filling system inside oil depot includes tanker truc's filling and oil barrel's filling, with two filling methods: pumping and gravity flow. Aiming at the relationship between necessary cavitation allowance (Δh) of oil pump and cavitation allowance (Δha) of unit involved in pumping filling, release protection of products in gravity flow filling and further analysis into filling practice, pointed out that when setting up each oil pump individually, new reflex pipeline and selecting flow meters, solving method at normal flowrate in product flowing across flow meter in the center and at slightly downstream area of the flow meter should be taken into consideration.
