锅炉改烧奥里乳化油的技术问题

  • 摘要: 由于奥里乳化油中含有30%的水分、较多的灰分及腐蚀成分, 因此锅炉改烧奥里乳化油存在许多技术问题, 如对锅炉热负荷的影响、受热面的积灰和炉效降低、烟尘的产生、炉管的腐蚀及烟气的脱硫等。针对上述问题, 分析了奥里乳化油基本物理特性, 提出了相应的改进措施, 包括对锅炉本身的结构和燃烧设备进行必要的改造。虽然奥里乳化油用作锅炉燃料会产生技术问题, 但它在燃烧特性、环境效益及经济效益方面具有燃烧重油和煤所不具备的优势, 只要不断完善燃烧工艺, 就会提高锅炉燃烧的综合效益。

     

    Abstract: There exists many problems in boiler fueling on Orimulsion as there are 30% water content, more ash and corrosive compositions in Orimulsion, such as the problems of effect on boiler s thermal load resulting in ash accumulation over heated surface and low boiler efficiency, smoking producing, boiler tube corrosion and smoking desulfurization, etc. Aiming at the above problems, analyzed basic physical properties of Orimulsion and put forward relevant improving measures, including a necessary reforming to boiler's self structure and combustion equipment. Although many technical problems will be occur from using Orimulsion as boiler's fuel, it is superior over heavy oil and coal for combustion in the aspects of environmental and economic efficiencies. If continuous improvement is made in combustion process, comprehensive efficiency in boiler's combustion shall be raised.
