Epoxy powder spray system for the external wall of steel pipeline

  • 摘要: 近年来, 国内埋地钢质管道的外覆盖层已越来越多地使用了环氧粉末。通过对环氧粉末喷涂工艺过程的叙述, 阐明了喷涂系统的组成及设计思想、工作原理, 介绍了在实际设计过程中采取的设计方案。对国内外的喷涂系统做了比较, 指出我国目前在环氧粉末喷涂系统方面存在的问题, 提出了改进建议。

     

    Abstract: More and more epoxy powder has been used as external coating on buried steel pipeline at home in recent years. By description of the spray process of epoxy powder, expounded the constitution of the spray system and design consideration, work principle, and a design plan adopted in actual design process. Made a comparison to the spray systems at home and abroad, and pointed out the problems existed in the aspect of epoxy powder spray system in our country and put forward recommendations.
