Construction technique for large-scaled suspended over-crossing engineering in Tuhai River

  • 摘要: 东营至临邑输油管道在穿跨越工程施工中, 采用在浮桥上预制组装管道, 安装管桥结构, 利用塔架和承重主索直接整体起吊过河管道, 获得一次吊装成功, 该施工方法具有一定的创新性。由于安装的主要工程量是在浮桥上进行的, 因此在很大程度上减少了空中作业量, 避免了不安全因素, 缩短了工期, 降低了成本。

     

    Abstract: Introduced in detail the over-crossing construction engineering of Dongying-Linyi Oil Transport Pipeline. In the construction, floating bridge was used for pipeline prefabrication and assembling, pipeline bridge installation; tower frame and load bearing cable were used to lift the integrate over-river pipeline directly, which made an successful primary lifting. The method brought forth a new idea in river crossing construction. As the major works were done on floating bridge, aerial workload had been reduced greatly, therefore, unsafe factors were avoided, meanwhile, reduced construction term and cost.
