Abstract:
According to stress distribution conditions of pipelines under various external loading actions and combined with relevant standards, make evaluations on load-bearing capability for partial corrosive pipelines under inner pressure, temperature stress as well as the combined actions of the both, put forward a relevant calculating expression. Calculation showed that when the heat flow is in steady state, temperature-increasing difference in inner, outer pipe walls bearable for partial corrosive pipeline represents a minimum value. Therefore, under the action of temperature stress, if getting rid of thermal shock effect, only need to consider the steady state of thermal flow and not necessary to think of the transient state of unstable thermal flow.
