  • 摘要: 针对大落差成品油管道静压过高和动压过大的技术问题, 结合兰州——成都成品油管道的实际情况, 提出了具体的解决措施。在正常输送过程中, 采用变径管设计, 以解决动压过大的技术问题, 分析了变径管设计的水力计算结果。由于管道所经过的地区高差较大, 为降低静压, 停输时进行静压截断, 低流量时采用间歇输送。并对防止不满流现象提出了具体措施。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the technical problems of higher static pressure and dynamic pressure in high elevation product pipeline and combined with actual conditions in Lanzhou-Chengdu Product Pipeline, put forward concrete solving measures. In normal transportation process, variable diameter pipe is used in design to solve the problem of higher dynamic pressure, analyzed the result from hydraulic calculation in variable diameter pipeline design. As there are higher elevation over the districts where the pipeline passing across, static pressure blocking will be adopted in shutting down and intermittent transportation used for low flow rate to reduce static pressure. And put forward concrete measures to prevent from partial flow phenomenon.
