东辛含硫原油管道超压试验及应力检测

Overpressure test and stress detection to Dongxin Sour Crude Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 东辛含硫原油管道已运营20余年, 管道状况较好, 腐蚀程度较轻。为充分考察管道现有状况及进一步利用管道承载能力, 进行了600 m管道超压强度试验, 并用电测法对试压管道进行了现场应力、应变检测。初步分析结果认为, 管道整体强度尚有一定储备, 可供继续使用多年, 具备增压运行的可能性, 并给出了初步的增压范围(3.0~4.0 MPa)。

     

    Abstract: Dongxin Sour Crude Oil Pipeline has been operating for over 20 years, with good pipeline condition and light corrosion level. In order to make an on-the-spot investigation to the pipeline existing condition and take advantage of its load supporting capability, overpressure test to 600 m pipeline is carried out and electrometric method is used for the pressure-tested pipeline to detect its field stress and strain. It is considered by primary analysis result that there is still strength reserved in the integrate pipeline and it can be used continuously for many years. Consequently, it is possible to be operated in pressurized condition. Primary pressure raising scope is given at the same time (3.0-4.0 MPa).
