Leakage treatment to sealing packing in gate valve stem

  • 摘要: 分析了闸阀阀杆密封填料渗漏的原因, 认为主要是阀门经过长时间的运行, 阀杆密封填料出现老化和磨损。针对这一问题, 对油浸石棉盘根、柔性石墨、耐油橡胶、聚四氟乙烯材料的性能进行了对比和选择。实践证明, 采用聚四氟乙烯密封圈和耐油橡胶密封圈组合, 可以很好地解决阀门阀杆密封的渗漏问题。

     

    Abstract: Analyzes reasons of sealing packing's leakage in gate valve stem and thinks that it is mainly caused by aging and wearing od valve stem's sealing packing theough its long operational period. Aiming at the problem, compares and selects the properties of such four materials as oil-immersed asbestos packing, flexble graphite, oil-proofrubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. Pracrice has proved that usaling ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene in combination with sealing ring made of oil-immersed rubber can solve the leaking problem of sealing in gate valve stem very well.
