Problems of low temperature corrosion and ash accumulation in crude oil heater

  • 摘要: 分析了加热炉低温腐蚀和积灰机理, 指出酸的露点和积灰问题是严重制约排烟温度降低的主要因素。提出了采用热管空气预热器、控制金属壁温、加强燃料脱硫处理、研制抗低温腐蚀材料等措施, 以降低排烟温度, 提高加热炉效率。

     

    Abstract: Analyzes a mechanism of low temperature corrosion and ash accumulation in heater and points out that acid dew point and ash accumulation are major factors restricting temperature reducing in smoke exhaustion. Puts forward that such measures as using heat tube air preheater, control metal's wall temperature, strengthening treatment to fuel desulfurization and developing low temperature anti-material shall be taken to reduce ash venting temperature and raise heater's efficiency.
