管道悬索跨越设计的改进

Improvement in design of pipeline suspension crossing

  • 摘要: 在输油管道跨越河流时, 其自重荷载大、设计跨度大的特点给工程设计和施工带来了诸多问题。针对东临输油管道跨越工程, 通过诸方案比较认为, 悬索跨越方案结构传力简捷, 主索、风索、消振索与输油管道形成空间网状结构, 既安全又适用。在具体施工中, 对传统悬索跨越结构作了改进。指出在悬索跨越设计中用钢丝绳作主索的局限性很大, 而对大管径、大跨度悬索跨越工程采用高强钢丝平行束作为主索势在必行。采用这一技术无论是跨越桥面结构体系, 还是主索与锚固墩的连接结构体系都相应有所改动。这无疑对管道跨越工程设计、施工技术是一大的促进。

     

    Abstract: In oil pipeline's river crossing, the characteristics of heavy load of pipeline's dead weight and large span of design will bring many problems to engineering design and construction. To counter Donglin Oil Transport Pipeline crossing engineering by comparison to some alternatives, it is considered that a suspension crossing case is of simple and direct structural driven force. Its main span wire, wind span wire and vibration absorbing wire form a space net structure with oil transport pipeline that is safe and applicable. In concrete construction, improvement is made to traditional suspension crossing structure. Points out that using wire rope as main span wire is of great limitations in suspension crossing design and high-strength steel wire of parallel bunch as main span wire is imperative to large pipe diameter and large span suspension crossing engineering. Utilizing this technology, not only the structural system of crossing bridge surface but also the joint structural system of main wire and anchoring pier should be changed correspondingly. It is inevitably a great improvement in pipeline crossing engineering design and construction technology.
